Former Employee3.6Oct 6, 2023Not a great fit for me, definitely an good organization. The SDR role is an outbound call role. They have 2 defined call blocks of time, and the other time is training and prep, which I thought was very valuable. There is a marketing flow of webinars, but the outreach is typically cold calling. After a series of promotions, you can get inbound marketing leads.

Former Employee2.6Aug 5, 2024When I first started at Kenect I was happy. But over the course of time I was there things went downhill fast. Sales leadership was changed and people stopped hitting their quotas. Products were released that were not fully ready or wanted. Over all in the end the experience was not good.
