You’re expected to do 50 dials a day with only 30 accounts on your book in which majority of those accounts have you blocked or don’t want to hear from you. Products are stagnant and a lot of customers complain about lack of updates. Kaseya c levels are extremely narcissistic and make sure to make your job harder by the day by adding tick sheets so you can track your daily calls besides tracking it through a CRM???? They tell you to not worry about company’s bad image on reddit and blog websites because majority of people complaining are actual customers that haven’t been helped, have been getting double billed non-stop. If you’re considering going to Kaseya read the negative and 3 star reviews on Glassdoor as anything that receives 5 are actual fake reviews and not accurate to the real representation of the job.
