Back to ReviewsFormer Employee overall experience was good, but their account management process is broken. They hire 40-50 people a month, all new accounts go to one specific department, and all other teams have to deal with shuffled around accounts. I was give 39 accounts on my Datto team, most would never answer a call. Several said they cancelled service. When I left I had 10 accounts that had cancelled or didnt want anything more from us. Most were pissed that they got a new account manager ever few months. The company's position was "you can't ruin a relationship with a client if you don't have one," which is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. Browse Other Reviews
