Kaseya is a good start to put you in the Saas world, but the job gets mundane very quickly. You’re expected to do 50 dials a day with only 30 accounts on your book in which majority of those accounts have you blocked or don’t want to hear from you. Products are stagnant and a lot of customers complain about lack of updates. Kaseya c levels are extremely narcissistic...Read More
