Some speak to everyone like they're children which then cascades down through the directors and managers and ultimately there is no feeling of mutual respect. Current Employee3.1Mar 1, 2024I was brought over via the acquisition from Kaseya. I was legacy Datto. This company is high paced and a lot of fun. The workforce is young but the company is sales focused not tech focused. If you perform you get paid. Simple as that.
