Culture is generally supportive but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I was brought over via the acquisition from Kaseya. I was legacy Datto. This company is high paced and a lot of fun. The workforce is young but the company is sales focused not tech focused. If you perform you get paid. Simple as that.
