Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Culture is generally supportive but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Product is okay, it’s a must have for MSPs but there’s a lot of competition and the value of integrations doesn’t always sell itself. Territories are highly imbalanced, top reps have accounts that are highly engaged and give tons of inbound leads while reps who struggle have OOB accounts, unhappy customers, size too small to hit quota etc. Subpar execution from Ops and Billing teams means you as a rep need to use time to deal with issues rather than sell. Pays below market and OTE shrinks every year. Overall a lot of negatives vs positives but it’s pretty good if you’re entry level, and if you’re tenured long enough to get some good accounts, you can make it work.
