Was at this organization for 2 years and unfortunately it has gone down hill like a ton of bricks. You will meet great people but leadership is the worst I've come across. The are eliminating segments / employees left and right due to the companies tanking performance.

PE backed company now. Leadership is struggling and when new ideas or changes fail, they don’t blame leadership they just lay people off. Many of the leaders who were brought in post PE acquisition are great at sounding good and selling their value but don’t actually bring any value. Good company pay is average and few reps are hitting their number
