Former Employee1.9Nov 27, 2023I spent 2 years with KORE, at the lowest industry rate for an SDR ($45k base), regularly meeting or exceeding quota, and okay with "putting in my time" while constantly told to "stick with it" and "keep working hard, it will pay off," but with 20 US SDR's, 6 global SDR's, and 4 SDM's, but only 8 AE's, the business model was extremely unsustainable. In my day-to-day work, I focused on tasks such as cold calling, scheduling meetings with business development managers, nurturing potential accounts, representing KORE at tradeshows, and actively prospecting to identify promising leads.
