The is all while they constantly try to find and hire highly intelligent, qualified, experienced, intuitive, and severely competent employees.
The turnover metrics are so high due to the mismanagement from untrained, unmonitored managers, lack of checks and balances, no reporting procedures, and no regulations for management performance reviews.
These aspects quintessentially contribute and are 94% of the reasons why Justworks Customer Success Representatives are let go unexpectedly, or lucky enough to land better employment positions at other companies before the ever present aspect of termination for arbitrary reasons. Most of the time, they state metrics, low customer ratings, ticket resolution times, etc.
All of these aspects are due to incorrect information provided in training, no actions able to be provided due to internal guidance and guardrails.
