ive just started and really feel based on the training ive recieved so far that justworks has the best PEO on the market (for SMB) on the market. this is the first company where I can have full confidence in customer support being 10/10 for the ppl i sell too. that makes me feel great that customers really are taken care even after they sign on to a great product that really helps them

My overall experience was really great. The culture at this organization is really great. It is the kind of place where you will meet friends for life. I do feel like the leadership team makes decisions that favor the top-performing reps rather than equaling the playing field for all reps. The base pay and overall commission structure is not competitive in my opinion.
