They have good products and services and are well positioned in the current market. Base pay and incentives could be better but a higher percentage of reps on my team are at or over quota. The training they provide is excellent and there are many opportunities for advancement.

JCI switched to a base plus TTI plus quota model am I doing so many of the men market executives have been able to hit a quota or overdrive. A couple years ago we had a base plus commission structure that was based on gross profit of each individual job and would pay upon recognize revenue and executed margin for projects, a very high percentage for service contracts
