Former Employee1.1Oct 30, 2024Terrible company. Don't work here unless you're okay with micromanagement and not hitting quota despite doing everything you can do.

Current Employee1.6Jul 16, 2024Honestly, do not work here if you want to be successful in sales. People can (and do) coast here, collect a paycheck, and can get by. 10% of the company hits their number. Little to no enablement. Zero areas for growth. Right now is probably the worst time to join in company history.

Current Employee4.4Feb 23, 2024my overall experience was amazing. Great company, great people, great product.
Current Employee2.6Jul 17, 2023Iterable is a fantastic product, but marketing automation is a HIGHLY competitive space, which creates a confusing, overwhelming experience for prospects evaluating a new tool. Not enough inbound opportunities to go around, which means small business AEs are expected to prospect for the majority of our pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and demo the product.
