The restructuring of SC comp plans has been a challenge as its seemed more as a cost saving exercise versus a chance for us to make more money. Quotas got excessively higher, pay outs lower, and it feels like the culture has shifted. Hoping it gets better again.

For the most part, only tenured SMB reps are hitting quota. A lot of the former team has left to work for our competitors.
