Great company, amazing product, enjoyable coworkers - but the company is often struggling to compete in the SMB segment. For the most part, only tenured SMB reps are hitting quota. A lot of the former team has left to work for our competitors. Company looking to move up-market as smaller competitors eat up smaller deals. Management can be inconsistent from team to team. Overall, things are looking up, but it's gradual and a lot of change may come.

Iterable is a fantastic product, but marketing automation is a HIGHLY competitive space, which creates a confusing, overwhelming experience for prospects evaluating a new tool. Not enough inbound opportunities to go around, which means small business AEs are expected to prospect for the majority of our pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and demo the product.
