How do sales team members feel about quota attainment for BDRs and AE's, attainable? Do BDRs often get the opportunity to move up to other roles?

More QuestionsAre sales targets at Iterable reasonable and achievable? Have they been on the rise or on the decline in the past few quarters?I just spoke to a recruiter about a BDR role who wanted the role to be hybrid 2 days per week. He cited it was for "Team Comroderie". Are sales teams at Iterable all in the office on the same day? Or is this more of a cop out to avoid remote hiring?
