Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee If your experienced in med device and have a goal to make money intuitive does not pay well, you will make about 20-30% less than other medical device companies. If you have ambition to move up and be promoted that’s also unlikely, intuitive is more mature of a company and does everything possible to keep headcount low so new positions don’t open often and when they do it’s usually a backfill with hundreds of other candidates internally going after it. Senior leadership roles are established and don’t leave so if your in a management level you’ll be there for many years before there’s a chance at an opportunity to move up.
From a technology & access standpoint it is great experience if you are new and your goal is to learn everything about surgery, selling, the hospital business structure, and build a long list of HCPs you have great selling relationships with you will benefit as well as the strong brand. The sales forecast to quota is also accurate so you’ll pace right about where you need to. Last positive is the company is very stable meaning your job is likely to be secure if there’s issues with the economy. Browse Other Reviews
