My overall experience was really great. This company is fast moving, has a brilliant and meaningful value proposition, trains and invests resources into the salesforce, and will be here for decades to come. Since 2020, the overall achievability of sales team has been a little more stable but with less upside. A fantastic place for less experienced individuals who are interested in having all the right core components of launching a successful medical device career!!!

If your experienced in med device and have a goal to make money intuitive does not pay well, you will make about 20-30% less than other medical device companies.
