Experience not good as an associate. No clear path to promotion and a lot of internal nepotism. Leadership also doesn't allow you to pursue promotion and use manipulative tactics to keep you stagnant. Also market dominance has decreased the amount of opportunity there is to grow. YOY grow is decreasing because of high penetration. Do not join this company as an associate. The only good thing is the training.

If your experienced in med device and have a goal to make money intuitive does not pay well, you will make about 20-30% less than other medical device companies. Best professional development you’ll find in med device. But if you don’t inject the culture into your veins you wont last. They only want reps who break out in tears when they talk about the robot, or else they push you out and start their psy-ops attack. Toxic leadership allowed to scorch earth.
