They will hype up the pay during your interviews. Getting rejected 60 times a day gets tiring. Turnover rate is crazy high. You can do better somewhere else.

Terrible spot run away. Over 500 reps in 2023 and only 5 made it to commission across the org. You’re expected to generate $5k/week in profit in order to get on commission, and that results in $62,000 a year TC. They have zero technology, not even a CRM. Overall low base compensation. Market is saturated, product-market fit is non-existent. Capacity and service that is provided is fungible. Relationships and personality sells all. No inbound leads.
