I am a current employee. I was initially told that 1st year OTE was $70K-$75K. That is only possible if you can get commission. Little did I know it would be impossible to get to commission with the market we are in right now. We are in a customers market when it comes to freight. They control prices and we are in a "freight recession." The logistics field is absolutely over-saturated with brokers right now. You will hear prospects tell you they get 15 calls a day from freight brokers. Turnover rates are incredibly high at this company

Cutthroat industry. Finders keepers when it comes to leads and sometimes the company will take it from you and give it to a senior rep. Overall low base compensation. Market is saturated, product-market fit is non-existent. Capacity and service that is provided is fungible. Relationships and personality sells all. No inbound leads.
