When the company was smaller it was good to work for. When it started expanding, like any other brokerage it started reducing compensation and implementing changes that actually reduced your day to day booking. Great place to start off a sales career. You are able to master the basics of selling- cold calling emails and prospecting. Moving up within the organization however is difficult without having further outside experience in logistics/sales.

My overall experience was quite negative. The base salary was good, but the company was micro-managed from the top down. The comp program was very difficult to figure out and was structured very poorly. If you didn't have a sale in 1Q, you would not hit your quota for the year.
