BG had a fairly thorough training program covering key facets of selling into supply chain. Where they lack is with keeping high level talent, competitive commission, and organization within the company. Leadership can be unclear with goals and directives. When the company was smaller it was good to work for. When it started expanding, like any other brokerage it started reducing compensation and implementing changes that actually reduced your day to day booking.
