Cutthroat industry. Finders keepers when it comes to leads and sometimes the company will take it from you and give it to a senior rep. Be prepared to dial until you drop and be prepared to have loose morals to make profit for deals. There is a reason why 3rd party middleman companies aren’t doing well in the market. This company cares more about their board than the sales people who give them the salaries they earn. Commission plans change, goals change but the job functions and capabilities stay the same.

They will hype up the pay during your interviews. Getting rejected 60 times a day gets tiring. Turnover rate is crazy high. You can do better somewhere else.
