Terrible spot run away. Over 500 reps in 2023 and only 5 made it to commission across the org. You’re expected to generate $5k/week in profit in order to get on commission, and that results in $62,000 a year TC. They have zero technology, not even a CRM. This is a cradle to grave position where if you try and scale you will get buried in manual based redundant work and have no time to sell.

They will hype up the pay during your interviews. Getting rejected 60 times a day gets tiring. Turnover rate is crazy high. You can do better somewhere else.

Position is sold as an ae role, It is not. You’re expected to come into the office at 5am to make cold calls for 25$. No inbound lead flow or sales enablement at all. There are meetings that they tell us we need to be in office at 4am and work until 5pm to make cold calls then they want us to build lead lists at home. If you have other options don’t choose this one.
