Working at Instawork is like visiting an asylum and never leaving. The leadership couldn’t lead a fish to water. The day to day role play will have you pulling your teeth. I would rather walk on a bed of nails than ever work at Instawork again. Word of advice is to save yourself and your sanity. Run as far as you can and find peace anywhere and I mean anywhere else. The pay is not worth the micromanaging and belittling. You will get more improvement from watching paint dry.
