Former Employee1.6Feb 12, 2024RUN. Believe me when I say that no one is hitting quote, no one is getting paid and absolutely no one is lasting longer than a few months. Most people get fired their first month there while they're still on ramp for not hitting quota. Culture + Leadership are toxic to say the least. Micromanagement + disrespect is kind of just normal at Instawork.

Instawork highly values career growth and development and is invested in every rep (large tool stack to provide resources, constant skills training, reevaluation of comp, and more).
