“My overall experience with Instawork has been very difficult to describe. I have met great co-workers, hard workers, and many job opportunities. But I have also experience racism, harrasment and bad attitudes for being awesome at my job. I have had challenges with inexperienced workers (most of them), which had contributed to my improvement as a leader, as well as how to manage my feelings when people are being rude. I really can say that Instawork has been improving with customer support, but sadly I have had 2 worked days marked as no-show and contacted management of company as well as Instawork support and they never paid me this 2 days. (Almost $500) This has contributed to my experience in being very detailed when it comes to hours worked. Always ask Mangement for sign in sheet/ don’t let them tell you, “oh we clock you in.” Always bring a notepad or your own sign in sheet. At the end take a photo at place worked and if manager still present, ask them to sign you out. It’s the only way you will get paid if your tracking is not working properly which is one thing I recommend they fix.
