My overall experience was amazing, best job I’ve ever had for 7+ years. That being said, your experience will be directly tied to your direct manager and geographic location. TX, CA, NY are top performing markets for Insperity and PEO in general. My former manager is now in FAANG and one of my best friends.

Really good people to work with. Insperity has a strong product that works but it is very expensive and difficult to sell. Many reps come in excited about residuals but aren't able to make anything happen. Insperity doesn't give you many resources and very very little support from marketing.
