That being said, your experience will be directly tied to your direct manager and geographic location. TX, CA, NY are top performing markets for Insperity and PEO in general. My former manager is now in FAANG and one of my best friends.

Base is low for “tech company” but fair for HCM 5. Enrollment fees is where the money is at 6. Product to market fit for PEO is low. 7. 3/10 folks will hit goal
