Worst culture i've ever been a part of. Very toxic, unrealistic goals, only 2 people hit quota, and ELT is awful. The one thing they do well is provide a strong base salary.

As a trainer, I found my experience as less than optimal. Since being acquired by Inovalon, we transitioned from an almost billion dollar evaluation to rarely hitting quota. The training methodology that brought our success was scrapped for an inferior process that requires Sales Directors to assume much of the ongoing training once they go through the new hire...Read More

My direct manager is great and I love my VP, but in terms of overall leadership there is some left to be desired in caring more anything more than quota attainment.
