Worst culture i've ever been a part of. Very toxic, unrealistic goals, only 2 people hit quota, and ELT is awful. The one thing they do well is provide a strong base salary.

Inovalon has a great product offering but poor leadership, poor compensation, and no cohesive marketing structure has lead to low morale.

Decent product. More expensive than other sin the market. No true BDR's. Lots of outbound calls/hunting to find business.
