Low base salary and those in sales roles don’t receive annual salary cost of living increases. You’ll receive the same salary year over year until you’re promoted to a new position.

Worst culture i've ever been a part of. Very toxic, unrealistic goals, only 2 people hit quota, and ELT is awful. The one thing they do well is provide a strong base salary.

This company was once outstanding, but recent changes have significantly reduced earning potential. The quota has become highly unrealistic, and only those fortunate enough to secure the most favorable territories are likely to benefit from a substantial number of high-quality leads.
