Inovalon has the potential to be a great employer. Unfortunately the whole company is extremely unorganized. The upper management pushes for unrealistic goals. They pay WAY below industry standard. My direct manager is great and I love my VP, but in terms of overall leadership there is some left to be desired in caring more anything more than quota attainment.
