Inovalon has the potential to be a great employer. Unfortunately the whole company is extremely unorganized. The upper management pushes for unrealistic goals. They pay WAY below industry standard. Our marketing is an absolute joke. Investing in current employees vs trying to find new talent could drastically change the course of this ship. Unfortunately, they will never see it that way and will change nothing then wonder why they’re not successful and why no one will acquire them.
