My overall experience was very positive at Informatica. I believe they are well positioned in the data management market and the compensation structure is one of the best I've seen in the industry. The sales cycles are long, complex, and competitive.

Informatica is a challenging selling environment. The transition from legacy, on premises solutions to a cloud platform is complete but the various services are not at full parody. Great commission incentives, great people. Learned a lot here, base was low for the digital sales in comparison to market value, however we were making this up with commissions.
