Structure was all over the place and gave a very boys club vibe. No training just shadowing tenured reps. Very unorganized

Lots of changes since company went public. Multiple rounds of layoffs late in the quarter. Limited opportunities for advancement & very little ethnic diversity in sales leadership roles. Pay is good when commission hits.
