Honestly, this is the worse company I ever worked for. Politics run everything over talent. Managers cherry picked deals already in the words or specific accounts and will give it to their favs. Guys who won an award didn’t even run his deals or close or…leadership did. He even admitted it and told the team he felt bad.

Good brand, good cloud platform, complex contracting model, experienced and credible technical data expert team. Poor sales leadership outside US, purely transactional discussion, no involvement in plans, territory landscape or strategy. Also need to re-frame brand from traditional pure integration perception.
