Lots of changes since company went public. Multiple rounds of layoffs late in the quarter. Limited opportunities for advancement & very little ethnic diversity in sales leadership roles. Pay is good when commission hits.

Very good company but as many companies, Europe customer are not excited by SaaS solutions even more on non-European cloud infrastructure.
