Not good. Most reps are not hitting quota. Very outdated ways of doing business. CRM is a mess and amso clunky. Culture was terrible and no flexible work. Cheap.

Solid culture and training. Great Managers. you typically have 6 mos with showing progression towards getting better then you're on hot seat. Tough aspect is you are starting from ground zero and having to book your own appts and meetings. Sales cycle is long, most reps don't touch a big deal till 6 to 10 mos in.
