Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Solid culture and training. Great Managers. you typically have 6 mos with showing progression towards getting better then you're on hot seat. Tough aspect is you are starting from ground zero and having to book your own appts and meetings. Sales cycle is long, most reps don't touch a big deal till 6 to 10 mos in. You have to learn to talk to C-Suite and learn different verticals and solutions. The sales cycle as described. Book meeting, then get alignment, *get decision makers in room. Then you have to get them to sign assessment, which is 4–6-week process. Then review findings and push for a 5-year contract signed. Most companies do not give you the 1st month dues on the contract they'll give you partial. Example if you sign a company 5 years at $30 k. $30 k is your commission. Overall solid company as long as you are productive and showing progression and lots or training. Browse Other Reviews
