Great trips and incentives, but go one month without hitting your number and you’re gone with no PIP. This is coming from a current employee who’s seen a few let go without warning or PIP.

Impact was great in developing myself throughout my tenure. However I've seen a lot of talent and hard working individuals be let go for circumstances not related to their performance.
