Impact was great in developing myself throughout my tenure. However I've seen a lot of talent and hard working individuals be let go for circumstances not related to their performance. Quota attainment throughout the company is a real struggle. Leads are there, but kept behind closed doors. The sales enablement tools are there, however the product market fit isn't aligned with reality for SMBs, in turn affecting the sales process. Tread lightly when obtaining a position here as there's lots of change happening within the organization.
