My overall experience was very poor. I’ve never seen a company completely change business strategy, overhaul teams/organization structure and product offering more than this company in such a short time period.

Didn’t have inbound leads but have heard they now have SDRs.

We do have sales development representatives, one per sales rep! Our SDR team has done an amazing job at upping our appointment numbers.
