Great people who believe in the mission but leadership’s questionable decisions leave much to be desired, i.e. two layoffs in the past year, unsure of their identify - direct vs. channel company. As a result, the culture isn’t great and morale is depleted.

Micromanagement on steroids… unrealistic goals and comp plans, too many reps. Lots of layoffs so may be better now.
