Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Recently the environment has turned toxic. Quotas continue to increase dramatically while sellers' and account managers' pay stays flat. Priorities change ever few weeks and the team receives little to no appreciate for their hard work. A culture of fear has developed where people are seen as expendable and everyone feels as though they are one bad meeting away from being fired. There are no growth opportunities--they would rather hire external than promote from within.
