Very collaborative company. Everyone is pitching in to help close deals. Sales leaders and product leaders will help to move mountains for you. Marketing is doing its best but if you are good at prospecting, you can make 3x OTE with the commission structure. Outbound ain't easy tho.

They went through 2+ rounds of layoffs since I left and remaining SDRs are overworked and doing inbound+outbound.
