Bosses (not leaders) have burned many bridges over their tenure and many prospects will refuse to do business while they are employed (survive on existing business). Ask them: how many new business reps have been successful over their tenure...
You will be forced to waste hours each day doing cumbersome admin tasks to inflate forecasts instead of dedicating to revenue generating activities. It will take months to receive basic sales tools that aren't even integrated...
