I was hyped when starting at IFS but the company has been going downhill ever since. I’ve been f***ed over a couple of times and the disorganization is horrendous. Can’t wait to get out.

Absolute dumpster fire from a sales ops/support standpoint. It is fairly easy to sell here but things are way too complex in terms of commission calculations, closed revenue, etc.
