Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Past its prime, very tough for new reps. Micromanagement is rife. PIPs everywhere, revolving door with reps. Morale is poor within the sales org except for a handful of reps who have been sitting on good leads for years or those who have been handed whole countries or sectors to themselves. Good people are failing through no fault of their own but management will always tell you it’s your fault despite clear and overwhelming evidence that the system is biased, unfair and is setting reps up for failure.
