Current Employee HubSpot is a premier company to work for and product to sell. Plenty of resources and support available if you want it, flexible with remote working, good perks and a best in class product.
Culture has been evolving as the business scales up and with this there have been growing pains but the direction and vision of the C Suite and product team is strong - the future here is bright.
Like every company, HubSpot isn't perfect and with ~10,000 + employees there have been and will continue to be mistakes/bad decisions made at times but I've been very impressed with the larger company's agility to course correct, quickly. Changes don't get made or reversed overnight, but HubSpot is constantly iterating to make the product and company as good as it possibly can be.
It's easy to think the grass might be greener on the other side, but the grass is already a deep emerald at HubSpot. This is a fantastic place to work.
