good organization, great inclusion and diversity, great culture, excessive pressure even for top experienced salespersons, the sales culture is not the best, a lot is expected but the resources for success are not what I hoped for. The result is that less than have the reps meet quota

Excellent ramp quota for new hires. This ramp quota ensures you still get paid your OTE every month with a very generous quota. Benefits are absolutely incredible, both ESPP and RSU's are offered. Promotions every year and an annual companywide week of rest.
