Good initiative and idea of giving the residential real estate and design market a platform. Unfortunately the company made a huge lay-off on international ermeging markets and focused on the ones with the highest revenue. Culture and company id wise a no go. Everything looks that they want to go IPO in the end of the year and cash out to make investors and c-level happy.

My overall experience was lack luster. Definitely a great place to start but growing from within and longevity leave little to be desired.

Overall great org, as long as your not a terrible seller they will train you up to be an AE, great people high quota attainment (60%) quotas realistic and achievable sales leaders give you the tools and leads to succeed rest is on you. Base salary is low but there is opportunity to sell here so not that much of a drawback for me personally
